We have shipped quite a few vehicles with them and have not once had an issue. Jay is fantastic to deal with and pricing is very fair. Thank you!!
Zach was eager to give a quote via text message to get me talking to him, but a day later the price had jumped by almost 50%. his excuse was that fuel prices were high – he did not have an answer as to how much they had gone up over the last day (they hadn’t – they actually decreased very slightly on a national average). After I wouldn’t be using their service, he dragged his feet releasing the transport job from whatever system these brokers use to advertise the job to individual drivers, further delaying getting the vehicle picked up by the company I went with, who was upfront, honest, and pleasant to work with. Also, they advertise that they are BBB accredited, but BBB say that has lapsed.
Where do I begin with this incompetent business? I shipped my car with them earlier this year and it was the worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life! I was promised that my car would arrive in 4 to 5 days.. it took them WEEKS to deliver the car!! Everyday I tried to follow up, it was a hassle and a long story.. i was transferred from agent to agent, constantly being lied to that my car would arrive the next day.. it was a very frustrating experience. When I eventually did receive the car weeks after, there was so many bumps and scratches. I left this review a few months ago and Riley contacted me asking me to remove it for a refund of $100. At the time , I accepted because I was in so much expenses from car rentals due to my car not being delivered on time. The refund never came through and Riley was NEVER to be Heard from again. To sum up my review.. moving from state to state is already stressful and this company makes it a worse experience. Will never recommend to anyone! Please never ever do business with them!!!!!!
