I give one star because I can’t give zero. We hired TCI to pick up a car for us. After 3 days of acceptance and then cancellations, I was cussed out by Caleb Antov when I asked for a refund of our money. He proceeded to say he wouldn’t take any shit from me. Rudest company I have dealt with in this industry. I now have storage fees for not picking up the car on time. DO NOT USE

Terrible customer service from Jeremiah. Requested to have a car transported and 2 weeks passed still no word , after I’ve paid my deposit. Requested a refund because no service was provided. He gave me the run around for 2 weeks and sounds like he’s reading a script from a piece of paper. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
