One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Received my pickup time, the driver did not show up. Called, emailed and texted them for 4 hours. No one responded. I ended up spending a little more with another company, but they were professional and delivered what they promised.
I don’t k ow were to start on how miserable this company will make you, they take your money then You will never here from them on the phone ever again. You will be lucky to even receive an email back from these people, until they need money for the next step, and that request will come in the form of a email, so you will be obligated to handle the ports the transport companies and whoever else is involved yourself they say they will “hold your hand threw every step” that’s exactly what dident happen. Honestly I can not say enough bad things about this company. Moving overseas is stressful enough don’t make it harder on yourself, I’m still trying to find out what’s going on with my 4 vehicles . I only gave them a star because it wouldn’t get posted otherwise.
Rating should be a zero as this company ripped me of for my deposit of $150 after THEY cancelled the service. I was told that the carrier for my car would “get as close as possible”. After paying deposit, I was called by a tow truck, something never disclosed or agreed to. When I complained, THEY cancelled, promised a refund of my deposit. But, It’s been 2 months since then and they have ignored all communications an no refund. I waited approximately a month and sent an email to them regarding my funds. Still, no reply and no refund. It is now 2 months later and they have ripped me off by not refunding my deposit. Why would anyone do business with these people?
