Rating should be a zero. They ripped me off. THEY cancelled, provided no service and kept my deposit. Kept my deposit after telling me in an email that they would refund it to me in 3-5 business day. That was 2 months ago and they’ve ignored communications from me. Stay away from these people
We needed a vehicle shipped from Michigan to MO with only 3 days notice. Shelly Cooper explained the entire process. She has so much knowledge… she’ll tell you everything up front that you need to know, things that you didn’t know that you need to know, and things you don’t think you need to know. She was wonderful! I felt assured that she WILL find a driver, and at a comparable price, even with short notice. Within a day, she had a driver and the price was as promised. So very thankful for her diligence, her caring attitude and her truthfulness . She will NOT let you down. Excellent person and her company should be proud of the work she does
