I called to get a quote to ship my car. This was the 5th company I called from my research online, and I was quoted $800 more than the other 4 companies. Still, and after the guys rude tone, I let him have his time to talk cause there wasn’t much room for me to plus I thought it was possible he was mistaken. I immediately felt as though the guy was annoyed, he had an off tone before I even said anything. When I expressed the price difference he spoke down to me and explained in a weird way saying “there are only two shipping companies and all the others are false”, when I asked him to further explain he asked how old I was, I told him that was an irrelevant question, he shared he was 49 & needed to know so he could better explain… he said “well you sound young- basically if you were buying a shirt from Macy’s and it was 10 dollars, then there’s a guy outside the store telling you it was 5, it would still be 10 dollars when you went in the store”…. he kept sighing and getting worked up…. it would be helpful to explain things like a normal person. I was happy to end the call. The fact that I’m even wasting my time to leave a review which is very rare- should give an idea of how ridiculous this call was. I don’t remember his name otherwise I’d leave it- He made no sense & sounded like a poor angry scammer. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very sad about this company’s service. I called A1 auto service at 9:44am (AZT) 8:44am (PT) 01/07/2018 (only documenting in case managers want to pull the call). The guy I spoke to was so rude. I asked if I could have my car shipped the same day or the day after. He was rude and sarcastic when I asked about it and said that “the system doesn’t work like that, you have to put a order in” because the trucks have to be on the route. I asked him to check if any were, and he flipped out on me saying that he doesn’t know because I have to put an order in and that’s how the entire international system works, I can’t just schedule it the same day. I said, oh okay well I spoke to another company who said I could, I just wanted to see my options… AGAIN, with the same attitude and sarcasm he said ” doubt it, good luck with that” and HUNG UP ON ME. I’m a very nice respectful person, I was so surprised a company could be this DISRESPECTFUL. But It’s okay, EZTransport Corp shipped my car the SAME DAY! Even went out of their way to make sure my car would be picked up the same day. Save your time, don’t bother with A-1 STAR auto transport! Not even as a last resort would I ever use this company.

Do not even waste your your time!!.. with their in professional manner over the phone I wouldn’t trust them with my car!!… I called yesterday to get an quote on getting my car shipped the first number I called adburtly answered the phone and told me he couldn’t help me at that time but he’ll text me a number of someone who could help me and answer all of my questions he texted the number and I called got no answer but someone called me back within the hour (this man was so rude and degrading it’s amazing that they’re even still running a business)… he asked me where my car was being shipped and I told him he asked me for the dates and I told him the 1st week of June and he yelled “the first week of June well call me back in 2 weeks”…. I told him I needed a quote so I could know what I was looking to pay and he hung up in my face!.. I called the number back and he answered the phone “Domino’s Pizza would you like to hear our specials today?” After that I was so done I told him “sure let’s hear the specials I can go for some pizza” and he hung up again.. So sad to be running a business in this manner if I could give this place negative stars I would.. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
