Did not get affected by the spamming because the number provided does not support text messages. Didn’t get any emails other than the one company that replied – and that’s where the problem began.
Needed to ship two cars across the country. Basic move, don’t care how long it takes to get there, just needed to have them pick it up on a certain day if possible.
“Fred” (sales) responded, took information to book the order and assured it’d get done for under $3k. I clarified to him: the number does NOT receive text messages, so whoever does whatever, needs to ensure they actually CALL me on the phone if they need to reach me. The phone is on me all the time. He assured me he’d take care of it.
Now, if a text message attempt is made, I get an alert so I’m at least aware of the attempt and I can see the source phone number. There were a number of text attempts from the same number with the name “Zach”. Keep this in mind.
Next day, I get another text attempt. Still no phone calls, no email, nothing. So I call the number that made the text message attempts to confirm the status of the driver.
The guy who answered said, essentially, that “we tried to call you 15 times, so it’s delayed until Saturday”. The phone never rang, no attempts. I told him that it’s possible they tried to text and if they did, I’d never get it. “we don’t do text messages”. Again, I called the number that made the text attempts, so I know it’s the same company. I tell him that no VOICE CALL was ever made to my phone. “What’s a voice call?” (No, seriously, he said that.)
He claims they tried to run the card and got a decline; the bank shows no attempt of a swipe. He continues arguing with me. I tell him to just cancel the order.
“Fred” calls me asking if we’re still on for the order. I tell him that I just told this other guy to cancel it and why they lost the business (because they can’t get their act together).
“Zach” calls (actually CALLS). I don’t answer.
It’s clear that this company doesn’t know what they’re doing, and I would advise you not to use them, because even if the price seems to be fair or make sense, the service simply isn’t there from my experience.

Oops I fell for the scam. Give it your info and get completely swamped with calls, texts, and emails. Most of those don’t even look legit, one quoted me in Euros to ship my car between 2 US addresses. I might have to change my phone number if this continues.
