Same complaint as many others – entered my phone number on the website for a quote and was SWAMPED with texts and calls from random companies. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO.
On the day of pickup, the driver arrived right on time and handled my vehicle with utmost care. The whole transportation process was smooth and hassle-free. How many scammy call centers can there be offering terrible customer service with ostensible auto shipping services? Well A-1 sold my info to all of them! The calls and texts have not let up for days. Don’t be fooled, get a quote from ANY other shipper!
