I hired this highly unprofessional company to move my Audi for me on a flat bed trailer 4 hours away. The driver destroyed the whole underneath of the front when taking it off the flat bed. He didn’t have the ramp positioned correctly. I had a fence contractor at the house giving me an estimate at the time and he witnessed the damage. The driver tried to say it was like this before. Both of us saw it happen in real time and were flabbergasted that he would blatantly lie to our faces like this. Found out that they didn’t have insurance to be transporting an exotic car and the driver would have to pay half of the 5K damage. They were beyond rude when I tried to deal with them and they will not give you a phone # to speak with management, only an email that will never be answered. These guy’s take payment and contract out the job to the lowest bidder and washes their hands of the whole contract once they receive payment. Please do yourself a huge favor and learn from my mistake and find someone else that will do the job themselves. These guys are a middleman and do not stand by their product and service. They are very nice at first until you have a problem then they become nasty and rude and will actually hang up on you like a petulant child. Take a few minutes longer to find a reputable transport service that does it all in house and that has all the proper certs and coverages or you’ll be dealing with a dishonest and truly pathetic company like AAA or as I like to call them FFF for Fail.

It was a customer friendly experience from quote to delivery. AAA Anytime gave me a firm quote that was much more reasonable than many of the other companies who continue to flood my email inbox long after my request for quotes.

Other companies gave quotes stating that the price could change between contract and actual pick-up. AAA Anytime put in writing that their quote was exactly what I would pay, with no surprises

Paul, the transport driver came well within the agreed upon two day window He was quite courteous during the whole pick-up process I was extremely impressed by his skill in loading the truck into the top row of vehicles. He picked up in Arlington, WA on Monday morning, and delivered to Kingman, AZ early afternoon on Wednesday.

I highly recommend both AAA Anytime and Paul, the driver

DON’T JUST YELP ABOUT IT, REPORT THEM!!!! GO TO FMCSA.DOT.GOV and file a complaint. Also, by law all Brokers have a $75,000 surety bond that they must secure in order to operate, you can file a claim with their bond company. The name of the bond company is SureTec Insurance Company in California and the bond # is 3391156. (call them and tell them you want to file a claim as a shipper against this bond and they should connect you with the Claims Examiner that handles this bond) Everybody’s experience with this shady business is different but based on a lot of the reviews here many of us have experienced the same unethical business practice in which “Rich/Richard” lies and says they are using their own trucks to transport your vehicle only to find out that another business not bearing the same name is who arrives to pick up your car and if something goes wrong AAA will take no responsibility. I personally was not looking for a middle man and I would have never signed with AAA if they had represented themselves as a Broker instead of a carrier. If they get enough claims against their bond, hopefully the insurance company will pay the claims filed against them, or drop AAA as a customer and hopefully they will not be able to get a bond from anyone other company. This unscrupulous business cannot operate without a bond. I plan to check on this company regularly with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration to see if they still have the same bond company or if they have changed/been dropped and I will continue to post their new information.
