I had a great experience shipping my car from MD to FL for the very first time with this company. I found the name of the company from a forum post recommending it online. Price was great. I talked to Chris (the owner?) who acted as a broker to get me in touch with the actual driver. My car was picked up and dropped off in the time range they estimated. The broker collected a portion of the total fee and then the truck driver collected the remaining in cash when it was delivered. Car shipping is a confusing process but I’m glad I found this company which made the ordeal relatively painless. I would recommend them and will use this company again in the future.
At first, I was skeptical because of some of the reviews I read online, but in fact the service was great. I spoke to a broker and requested to have my car shipped from Texas to Massachusetts, I was given a quote of $850, managed to decrease to $800. The trucker driver came exactly when he said he would, and delivered my car exactly when we said he would in the same condition as when it left my garage. Great service, would definitely recommend.
Was told 7-10 day transport from NJ to California . Still waiting 13 days in. When I called 2 days ago, was given the drivers number which was the wrong number. Was then told to keep trying the same number. They couldn’t even tell me where the car was. No consideration for partial reimbursement. Customer service was poor and dismissive. AVOID.
