Ace auto freight was very professional from booking to delivery. The agent (Jerry) who answered my call was very courteous throughout. He always answered my various questions and kept me informed. Both the auto retrieval and auto delivery drivers were very personable. The vehicle was picked up and delivered when promised. Ace auto freight also offered the most genuine price and provided door-to-door service. Would definitely use them again.
I got so much help in shipping my Toyota Rav 4 from GA to CA. The person who called me was very helpful and especially, he provided me everything within the time frame I have provided him and delivery was also on time. I would like to use their services again.
My experience with ACE AUTO FREIGHT was excellent. The driver was absolutely 5-star. He picked up the car on a Friday and since his truck couldn’t fit well in the main road, he drove it to my driveway in Chicago. It was an excellent service by both MARK and the driver. The car was in exactly the same condition and the driver brought it in really good shape. He was a nice guy and I appreciated his honesty. Moving with ACE was completely stress free.
