My car was safely shipped from New York to Houston without any problem. They also replied quickly whenever I needed an update or confirmation of time or arrival. I don’t ship often, but I had a overall good experience. the agent name is Rob Johnson, he managed everything professionally and yes the deposit is needed before. I would think it is the same anywhere. I am not sure.

This company is a pure scam, full of con artist and fraudulent people, paid to get my car transported with states, paid through the Cashapp account i was give and this company claimed not to have received the money, Cashapp and my bank confirmed money was sent to the account. Show me your cashapp statement, if you want me to believe you didn’t receive the money, boom i was blocked. Cashapp said they cant dispute the transition as they had received it. So i am warning everyone about this bunch of fraudulent Indians pretending to be in America. Don’t do business with them, they are a bunch of fraudsters
