Don’t hire this company. They don’t care about costumers and they don’t pay to transportation company that’s why only immigrants pick up their vehicles who don’t even know dot rules. That’s why they do damages on costumers cars. Again don’t hire them if you don’t want to see damages on yiru vehicles.

Acertus does not actually transport your vehicle. They contract independent drivers and blame them for the mistakes. It is very difficult to reach an Acertus employee by phone. We moved out of the state but Acertus did not pick up my vehicle on the day scheduled. I had to make arrangements with a family member to accommodate their mistake. The car was not delivered when promised, leaving us stranded for 48 hours without a vehicle at our new home. The vehicle was not picked up or delivered on the dates promised. The vehicle was not picked up or delivered at the times promised. It was extremely stressful.

I communicated via email with the CEO Trent Broberg about our situation. He response was “Thanks for the note and apologies for the situation. I assure you that we touch 2m VINs annually and this is not the way we do business. Let me have someone that can action asap reach out to you. Thanks” His reply shows a lack of concern for our situation. They may move 2m VINs, but I had one and they failed in their one job.
