I was skeptical at first and read all the reviews that I could about every car transporting business since I’ve never used them before and I can say, All American Transport did not fail me at all. Got my car delivered from Florida to Oklahoma in two days! Driver was courteous and always called me to keep me informed of where he was. I never had to wonder about where my car was or if it would be there in time. It arrived and driver was very professional and nice. I highly recommend and would 100% use them again. Their quotes were lower too than other carriers so 100!
As a customer, I have never been treated so rudely. Representative was rude and dishonest. Do not use this company!
Terrible customer service. Did not return calls, for weeks, or emails, and I was a referral by a moving company.
There was a problem with my car and I called them in time and delayed the order, then needed to cancel it.
When I finally cc’d the referral, they finally responded. Look for other transport companies, there are plenty of them around. They did not refund the deposit, and were amazingly rude when I had followed up on all details. Do not use them.
