Used them to ship a car from MA to Florida in August. Service was great, from the initial rep who brokered the drivers to the communication with the driver from start to finish. Because of this great first experience, I decided to use them again to ship a second car down to Flordia in September and this time the service was terrible.
The initial rep Brett was good but once I was connected to the contracted driver it went downhill. It was never clearly stated to me that I may have to meet the driver at another location. Due to time constraints, the driver asks if I can meet him at a parking lot and when I say I can’t he proceeds to complain about how losing my car will “mess him all up” as he was depending on my car for the last load and begged me to take an uber back home. I suck it up, and pay for an uber.
Five days later my car is scheduled for delivery and the same driver contacts me to ask to meet him outside. When I confirm the address, the company had the wrong address (had the address of the 1st shipment) even after I corrected them prior to shipping. He was 20 mins away and already stated he does not know if he can get down my street and asked if I can meet him at a parking lot. Like what? No, and then sends pictures of a street that isn’t even mine saying he can’t get down there… He was still 20 mins away, how would you know? So clearly lying. Then when told to just drop the car at the 1st shipping address which is 10 mins from the 2nd address, he again states he won’t be able to get down that street and even goes as far as to say “I don’t know how the other driver delivered your car.” No, what I don’t know is how you are charging people for a service you are clearly too lazy to complete because the first truck driver who had a double-loaded truck with 2 levels of cars on it, did deliver an SUV on that same street. Which to me just proves how much of a liar this driver is.
I went with this company initially because of reviews and because I did have a good 1st experience but I guess it was because I was a first-time customer. If you use them more than once it appears the customer service is less than par.
I would never use them again nor would I recommend
