Poor customer service, failure to perform in accordance with a contract they drafted. Seek help elsewhere. I contracted several weeks ago to have my car shipped. I paid up front. They were to pick up 12/20 or 12/21, paid extra to ensure. I called 12/20 after hearing nothing from them since they got my money. They said be on the lookout for a call from 702 area code or email from dispatch. After nothing all day 12/20, and several calls to them on 12/21, I finally get a hold of someone at the close of business on the East coast the last day they were to pick up. No one was coming. They had no one to dispatch out. When were they going to tell me this since I was the one constantly having to contact them for information? Then when I said if they were not going to perform under the contract they drafted and executed, I asked for a refund of my money since they breached the contract. Their receipt for refunding my money was that it was a settlement – but no release or discussion of any settlement was ever discussed.
Horrific experience. They take your money. Then do not communicate with you. Theft say pick up with 4 days. It’s been two weeks now. They picked up my car on day 9 not days 1-4. Then the truck broke down & no one informed me. My car is still Waiting on a driver & when I call them they tell lies. Please don’t use this broker. You may never see your car again.
