They will be 100% responsive until you book, then they will fall off the face of the earth. I’ve texted, called, emailed multiple times over the past week and have not received any information about when my car is going to get picked up. I don’t recall giving a credit card, but now I have to look through all my statements to make sure I did not.
I unfortunately reached out to a service that sells your lead or inquiry to multiple carriers, I got a call from American Car Transporters. Their price was high and I was trying to explain that I had gotten multiple quotes lower, he then told me others were trying to rip me off, and I said I had done my research and understand that can happen but once again they were still substantially higher. He then told me to “F*CK OFF” and hung up the phone. If this is how you treat people I can only imagine… DO not use this company!!!
Best of luck to them in business, obviously they are going to need it!

Well, this was a nightmare and after they failed to notify us of a pick-up date that was scheduled, didn’t return phone calls, and then said the were trying to find a driver, we were less than 14 hours from our departure time for the airport and still nothing. We cancelled the contract, got a lot of arguments, said that the pick-up is now scheduled for Friday–three days after we have left and couldn’t we get a neighbor to take care of the transfer–and more arguments, we are done with them.
My suggestion to you. Try someplace else. What they say and what they do are miles apart! We are driving the 1250 miles and losing the price of the airfare and limo service. Lesson learned! No stars for them. A- rating? I think not!
