Not legitimate business. Stay away! Lower price is just scam to get deposit. They did not fill my request and want to keep deposit. Very shady!
Scam! I gave these clowns two weeks to find someone to ship my vehicle on a specified date but they kept stalling, despite five email inquiries.
On the day prior to my necessary pick-up date I was forced to cancel and find another company. 30 minutes later they “coincidentally” found someone to ship my auto. That’s no coincidence.
Reading other reviews it’s apparent they wait until the last minute, then pressure their customers to pay a premium for immediate pick-up.
Finally, they refused to refund my $160, even though I cancelled before they found a carrier. I told them to weigh the cost of a refund against negative online reviews. In their hubris and complete lack of customer service, they refused.
Avoid this company.

I am 100% certain my car was shipped with your company. I spoke to you in person on the phone several times regarding my concerns about timely shipping and was reassured that everything would be fine. Obviously, it was not.
For your records, the car was picked up in San Jose, CA on 4/16 and delivered to Burlington, VT on 4/23.
