I’m very much a type A personality and Angels is able to cater that to me. They let me know that they need a 7 day load window, which I was able to pick. They gave me an estimated transit time, which the carrier gets to pick. I was contacted 48 hours before the first day of the load window, and then each day after that until my car loaded. They contacted me 48 hours before my car was delivered, and, again, every day after until it was delivered. They have a well oiled system that I appreciate very much.
I have never shipped a car before and was very nervous to do it this time! Bought a new-ish Honda from the dealer here in Grand Rapids MI. They recommended AMA for shipping my old Honda Insight to my son in Portland OR. My calls were returned right away. The car shipped out within 48 hours of first contact. I heard daily from the office (Eddie) and at both pick-up and delivery from the driver (Tony). Everything was smooth, on-time and well worth the $1500, which I thought was very reasonable. Both Tony AND I took photos of the car from top to bottom before the shipment: my son signed off on the car in Portland, without a hitch. (ha!) Highly recommend without reservation.
