This auto shipping company is just like any other, they quote a low price, but their service is horrible. The employees I talked to all had a attitude and they didn’t keep me posted on where the car was. I met this company through a friend who got the quote and when they picked the car up I called them and asked for details and wasn’t told and estimated delivery time, where the truck was, or anything. We asked for a ping on where the truck was and they told us they would get back to us and hours went by with no response so we called the actual dispatch company.
I bought a Dodge Challenger SRT8 from a dealer in Pennsylvalnia and had the car shipped to California. Pedro had me set up with a driver named Danny who picked up the car from the dealership on a Tuesday morning, then by Friday night of the same week I got my car! Very smooth transaction. I did not think it could be this easy! Called for an estimate, signed the contract, then got my car delivered! Just like that! The Dodge arrived in almost pristine condition, well I had to gripe about the large bird poop on top of the hood, but overall it was not a big deal!

I made the mistake of using this circus of a company to transport a truck purchased in Texas to be transported to Virginia. HUGE mistake! Quoted a reasonable price ($925.00) and then made excuse after excuse why no carriers would pick the truck up. I was told lie after lie after lie…tell you they will call you back and never do. Finally, after agreeing to a $200 dollar increase to $1150, the truck was finally picked up and arrived with paint damage on both doors, but at least I have possession of the vehicle. The lesson here is if you need a vehicle moved, use a carrier, not a broker, you will be sorry you fell for their BS pricing and will be in for a ride!
