I had my car shipped from Chicago to Arizona. The quote was less than other companies which I was little worried at first especially after one company told me that was a low price. The driver who picked up my car was very friendly and he confirmed all the information with me upon picking up and dropping off. I don’t remember his name but he lives in Blue Island and his daughter just moved to AZ as well. My car arrived when they said it would and I would highly recommend.
Well, they did get both cars at the requested location….. though contracted to be transported together , they were picked up and delivered three weeks apart. Prices were changed after contracted and communication was horrible
I had used them before with no issues but since Diego left and was replaced with Sofia, the service is less than satisfactory.
Last transport we used a different company that charged much more upfront but at least we knew the true cost
Best of all to be told by the driver the nasty things Tatiana said convinced me to go back to the other transport company
Update 25NOV2015
We were able to get the truck picked up in a different state than originally planned. It was also picked up on day 10 of the truck being available… Just so happens to be the last day on the contract.
I will say George did stay in contact with us through the entire process.
I hope to never need to go through this process again, even though I fully understand the entire process now.
