Did a great job with timing, communications and delivery. One area that needs improvement is the $100.00 service charge since the vehicle had a blown out wheel and tire. I wouldn’t mind but no provisions were made to
accommodate the vehicle, instead the driver required a fork lift for delivery.
In addition the vehicle shoule have been rear loaded to make for an easier egress off the trailer.

well people this is the next episode 3 of the scam AUTOSTAR TRANSPORT. As we know every scammer is a liar ! I see under the reviews I sent in there was a reply THEY SAY THEY DISPATCHED AND ASSIGNED 4 CARRIERS lie ! I only had 1 driver call me and say he’s there that’s when I paid for the car to be released 10 minutes and he left .lie 2 they trying to say I cancelled my order that’s why I can’t get my money the reason is it’s been 5 day’s and I still don’t have my car that’s why I canceled . Now tell me why AutoStar cancel my pickup multiple time and they’re not paying me . I need my money back you did not do the job why should I pay you for nothing? STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. just give me my money until next time. THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS JUST AS MUCH A SCAMMER AS HIS employees he keeps sending the same lies . And I’m going to keep telling the truth it was one attempt to pickup my car they could’ve pick my car up but chose not to
