I contracted with this company to have my auto transported from NJ to Florida. I paid her $200 with my debit card over the internet. She then contacted a trucker to pick my car up. I paid him $100 tip at pickup and $800 cash at delivery as was in the contract. 2 weeks later the auto transport company ( not the trucker) telephones me and tells me my check bounced. I told her that was impossible as I paid cash to the driver per contract. She insisted she was looking at a check with my name. I told her to email it to me and she stated she did not have to do that since she had it in front of her. I hung up on her. She is on drugs or just plane old incompetent. Do not use this company unless you want to be harassed for no reason.
My experience with this company is the same as others listed here. They obviously have a pattern of bait and switch. They quoted me $450 total ($150 broker’s fee and $300 to the driver). When the driver arrived, they informed me the price was $600, not $300. No notice from Theresa (the new “Terry”) whatsoever. They hook you with these low ball quotes and then tell you their contract says they don’t guarantee the final price. So crooked!!! Please book directly with the transporter and save yourself the time and money!
Really crappy business and people, told I would have to pay 600.00 in total to ship my dirt bike. Ended up paying 800.00 and very rude or not responsive when confronted. Do not use these people
