Unfortunately, if Yelp allowed, I would have given this company no stars. Prior to taking my $150.00 transaction fee (deposit), Elizabeth was extremely helpful and seemed much more professional than the prior company I used to ship another car. I was quoted one price; however, when the actual car transport company arrived to pick up my car, the bill from that company didn’t match the price originally quoted by Elizabeth. After the deposit was charged to my credit card, the positive interaction ceased. I was promised a particular time for my car pick up and that is when all the excuses began. I will not get into the specific details. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Can you say BAIT AND SWITCH! Terry and if you read a previous review…yes it is the same Terry…told me my car would be picked up in Florida on March 14th. I was starting a new job in California. When it wasn’t picked up I called Terry and was told worst case scenario my car would be picked up on the 15th. When it wasn’t picked up on the 15th I called Terry. She informed me that other people were paying more money than I and therefore she couldn’t say when my car would be picked up. I accepted HER QUOTE and now I was being told it wasn’t enough. I sent an email and said since they did not pick up the car when they said they would, I was forced to hire another company who did picked up my car as scheduled. On March 23rd I was informed my car was arriving in California from Florida via the second company. That same day Auto Transport Solution…Terry…emailed me to tell me someone would be picking up my car in Florida. NINE DAYS LATER!!!
Terry as she has told another, according to a previous review, stated when I complained about why the car wasn’t being picked when she said it would…didn’t you read your contract. Obviously this is how she manages to excuse herself from her bait and switch way of doing business. It also excuses her from misleading clients with her false statements.
When will I learn to read reviews FIRST. Could have saved myself a lot of stress and tears.
WARNING READ CONTRACT TERRY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
I am disputing the 200.00 charge. Because I trusted Terry and signed the contract without reading it…trusting her may cost me 200.00.
Please don’t make the same mistake as I.
Horrible, I was completely ignored up to two days before my scheduled shipping date. I was calling Anthony non stop but wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone.
I was moving across the country and was left high and dry. They took my deposit and never got back to me and have still not reimbursed me.
I have a lawyer dealing with the logistics on my side but Anthony was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. I found another moving company last minute, day before my cross country move and got it handled. I have yet to settle getting my money back but won’t give up until I do.
DO NOT go with Auto transport solutions.
