Thieves. One year after ripping me off for $1500 they have the balls to send me an email stating that as a previous customer their offering me a $50 discount on my next transport. I tried to report them to my local police dept, the Houston ,TX police dept. and the FBI. No luck. One day I will go to Houston.
today is 11/11/21 and autovocity transport still has not returned our $1,345, which they confirmed they owed us when we cancelled with them on 09/10/21.
they refuse to speak to us, all they will do is sent us to their “billing dept.”, which is basically their voice mail, which they do not answer.
this company is a scam! and i truly believe “hudson d.” that left a 4 start review on 09/24/21 is a fake. its probably once of the men’s wives because that is the only good review they have for the entire 2021 year!!!!

Don’t book with this company. They will scam you! They assured me they would pick up my vehicle within the 5 day window, which they didn’t. I gave them an extra 2 weeks and still nothing. I cancelled my booking and even after receiving email confirmation for a full refund for failure to provide the service, they still have not provided a refund and no one has replied to my emails and phone calls. I would never recommend this company!
