After being assured they would have no trouble taking my daughter’s Audi Q5 from Porter Ranch, CA to Raleigh, NC, AutoVocity quickly charged my credit card for the full amount. Two weeks into the process they informed me they could not move my vehicle for the quoted amount and that I could cancel my order. I canceled my order on May 22. Fast forward to today, having not received my refund I called AutoVocity. Once I reached the call center I was placed on hold. Person came back and said they would transfer me to Claudia. I got Claudia’s voice mail. Has AutoVocity ever heard of a warm transfer and not transferring a customer to a voice mail box??? Still waiting for my REFUND!! Would have given ZERO stars if I could.
They just transported a car across the country for me and did an excellent job. I was most impressed with how available they were for updates.
