After accidentally entering for a quote on this site, I am still getting spammed by a bunch of folks on a daily basis even 2 months later.
The 5* bot reviews on this yelp page are so obvious and so, so bad.
How many scammy call centers can there be offering terrible customer service with ostensible auto shipping services? Well A-1 sold my info to all of them! The calls and texts have not let up for days. Don’t be fooled, get a quote from ANY other shipper!
Their customer service is atrocious. I put my information in for a quote and they sold it immediately causing me to get a dozen phone calls and just as many emails and text messages. Absolutely inundated! Their website has no customer service contacts and when I clicked to call the only number on the site I was met with someone who combatively told me that it wasn’t even their business, they were yet another outsourced contractor. I also was told that there was no way to remove my information from these calling lists. Terrible customer service!
