Find The Right Car Carrier For Your Move

1st I need to say that you should never judge this business soley on any one review, including this one. THAT BEING SAID I am so glad I did the smart thing and went directly thru the BBB to find Affordable Auto Shippers. Initially I had gone and even paid another company to move my car from NC to TX and they tried to do the whole bait and switch BS and unfortunately because of their attempted scam I had to close my bank account and deal with a mess. Needless to say I refused to be scammed again which led me to go theu the BBB for quotes. I spoke to a few companies that were legit but pricey. Then I called and spoke with Adnan, he was very kind and respectful and listened to me. He answered my questions directly and was didnt push me to sign or agree to anything he said he would send me a quote and if I had further questions to call him. I was shocked to see that his quote saved me a few hundred dollars. He explained to me that if I were flexible on my dates he could get me a better deal and I was not in a rush so I was able to take advantage of a larger savings. He walked me thru the whole process and was genuinely kind in all my dealings with him. When the 1st driver he set up messed up and got the wrong state down for pickup (SC rather than NC) and then wasn’t communicating well with me I called him and he apologized and said it was unacceptable that I was going thru that and waiting longer than expected (a week) and promptly found me a new driver to pickup within 24 hrs. The new drivers fee was 50 dollars more but because they lock in the rate he promised me it would come out of his side and he held true to his word, I paid the same amount as agreed and the rest went as promised…I paid the deposit (lowered amount because the driver was going to get more of the share) online with PayPal the morning of pickup and then the communications with the driver and him went beautifully throughout, Upon receiving my car I paid the driver with a money order and that was it!

The dealings I had with Adnan and his company Affordable Auto Shippers really restored my faith in the world after having such a negative experience before finding them. My best advise is to ho thru the BBB get a low pressure company such as Adnan that addresses all your questions with kindness and locks in a rate guarantee and works with you.

Two things to remember: 1) dont just trust a bad review do your research, customer service sucks and people get paid to write bad reviews so go thru reputable websites like BBB 2) nothing EVER goes as planned so give people grace and the benefit of the doubt when potential problems arise. Like in my case with the 1st driver set up, that definitely wasn’t the fault of Affordable Auto Shippers and they made it right at the cost of their own payment yet a bad reviewer might make you believe differently.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SHIPPING COMPANY EVER

These people are the worst, honestly. I used them once, they were communicative, affordable, and on time. However, the second time I used them, they couldn’t even tell me WHERE MY CAR WAS. You’re the shipper, how can you not know where your cargo is?!

I will never even consider these people for anything ever again. Stay away!
