All of the above was untrue. I paid $200 extra to have an extra hundred pounds of personal items. There were no household items.They did not keep in contact and would not return calls. The carrier told me himself, that he kept giving them updates, when all the while, they were telling me he wasn’t answering his phone. If it weren’t for the driver Marco, I wouldn’t have known anything. They never even called me, days before, upon delivery, or after delivery to see if everything went well. I am a business owner, and this was the most horrible customer service ever. Helen and hardtop rep” Kevin have no respect for their customers. Do not believe their lies on here to try to save face! It’s only because they can’t delete my review!
