I am very late posting my review here. The owner Melanie is simply a wonderful caring lady who seems to be available 24/7 and is always super-responsive. We had a car transported from Nashville to WA state in April, and I was surprised how reasonable the price was. I threw her a curveball at the end by asking if we could move up the transport by a month at the last minute and she was able to accommodate without price change. The transport itself had a bit of a hiccup but all in all I was very satisfied. I wish we had a transport broker like Wheelsup in WA state. This was a top-notch experience.
