His mission is to not only get your car transported but to do a great job so he can retain your business. I’ve had major issues with other transport companies, no drivers, drivers assigned past my required pick up date, jacking up the prices near your pick up date so that you have no other options. Not with Beam Me Up, he promised and he delivered-always available to talk to. I highly recommend Joshua and his company-you will not be disappointed.

My name is Leo and I am a recent UCF PhD graduate in Orlando getting a job in another state. This is my first time transporting my car from one state to another. From many internet review, I’ve seen a lot of horrible stories and I have been very anxious. When I saw Beam Me Up has 5 star review, I called Josh to get a quote. Josh is very patient and very realistic, he answered all my concerns and questions without showing any bad attitude. He did tell me that he won’t say something that try to make me happy but unable to keep the promise. There was an agent from another company called me clown during the phone call and yelled “go somewhere else, ask someone else to pick your car” and hang up, just because he thought I asked too many questions about pick up date, method of payment and previous review.

The price quote I got is very fair, almost the cheapest among all the quotes I was getting. The reason I chose Josh is because his good customer relationship management and honesty that win my trust. He did have a single one star review from BBB I guess, I asked him the story and it is totally unfair to blame Josh and Beam Me Up. That’s why I decide to write a review for him since normally I am very lazy to do so.

My flight was on Tuesday afternoon, Josh managed to have the driver came over on Tuesday Morning and delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Isn’t that awesome!? I don’t even have to worry about not having car for couple of days before flying and I can have my car in the next day after flying to another city. The driver was polite and nice and never try to raise the price. If this doesn’t worth a 5 star I really don’t know what does. Please consider hiring Beam Me Up I sincerely recommend them.

Josh comes off as honest and helpful in the beginning when you are getting your booking done. I had my car transported from Orlando to Boston and it got delivered right on time. At the point of delivery, I saw that my car had scratches on the right front and the bumper had gone down. I told the driver that delivered the car about it and he said he was just the local driver and can’t do anything about it.

I talked to Josh who revered me to the insurance company. It was a wild goose chase after that. No one will take responsibility even if you have insurance coverage. Josh said it’s not his problem (even though he is the broker for the whole arrangement). Beware on working with Josh and the independent drivers they hire. If the car gets damaged, no one takes responsibility even if you do have insurance. I have photographical evidence of car condition when it was picked up and dropped off, still no use!

The independent car service used was Oliveira Transport. Rude and horrible to work with, not sure Josh even works this company to transport vechiles.
