I called to book a load and she told me she was had too much on her plate to deal with me right now. Very unprofessional and was rude for no reason 02/09/2023. I told her I consult and director of operations for several small trucking companies and she told me who cars and get off her phone!!! I have conversation recorded!!!! Brokers like this because she is having a bad day have no right to disrespect a carrier for merely calling about a load.
Contacted Bears transport to move my sportscar in an enclosed truck from NV to Florida. Liz was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make arrange everything and fit my pretty tight schedule. Easy to work with. Price is right and I would definitely use Bears again.
