Best Direct Shipping were courteous and timely getting my vehicle picked up. However, they contracted West Coast Auto to move my car and it arrived 3 days late and covered in oil that apparently leaked from a car above it on the truck. The driver barely gave me a sorry that my car had arrived covered in oil and late. Best Direct isn’t a bad company, but the people they do business with leave much to be desired.
We decided to ship our vehicle from NY to CA and decided to use Best Direct Shipping and boy I’m sure glad we did. There staff was very friendly and explained exactly how the process went. We were notified before pick up & delivery like we were told and the vehicle even was delivered 1 day earlier which was great so we didn’t even have to get a rent a car. I would absolutely recommend them to the world if I could not only for there service but for having the best prices in the industry!
