I placed order to move my car from CA to NY on August 7 on BKK’s website, and submitted my CC for $150 deposit. No one from BKK contacted me to follow up. A few days later I noticed that the charge on my CC went from pending to simply disappeared. BKK never contacted me. On August 14, I posted a negative review on transport reviews.com around 1:15pm and I began to receive phone calls, emails, and text messages of a man harassing me to remove the negative review. He accused me of posting fake review and told me that I must remove it. I informed him to stop contacting me and stop harassing me. I blocked his phone numbers so I stopped getting his phone calls and text messages.
This person from BKK said that the auto response email must be in my junk email folder. I’m not doubting that. Any good business would follow up with a customer who obviously needs the service because a customer gave his CC number for a deposit. BKK proceeded to say that I don’t know what I’m doing and it’s my fault, not theirs. I don’t doubt that I don’t know what I’m doing as I do not regularly ship cars, and that’s why I employ a car shipping company like BKK, because I need assistance.
I do not find his bullying tactics in his attempt to force me to remove a negative review to be acceptable, and I certainly question his approach to fit the legal definition of harassment.

I have since found another company that is professional to ship my vehicle.
Look at all of the non-recommended reviews, mostly great. Ian was a very good communicator. My delivery was actually early and the price was good. Can’t ask for more than that.
The service is awesome.He transported my car with in 2 days with out any delay.I refereed him to go with his transport service with best price and good service.
