I was dreading having to search for a reliable auto transport company/broker because of all the horror stories I’ve heard and read online. I did a lot of research on BookEZ and found them to be rated 5 stars on every consumer review website, which at first I thought was fishy, but decided to take the leap. Best decision I’ve ever made. Michelle Reznik was nothing short of amazing. She explained the whole process extremely well, put all our worries at ease, and booked us a carrier within 1 day of paying the deposit. Moved from Northern NJ (Fort Lee) to San Diego, CA and the total was $200 to BookEZ and $1570 for the carrier. Michelle promised 4-5 days and as expected, car arrived in the same condition they picked it up within the timeframe they promised, with the exception of dirt, grime, and mud but that’s to be expected when you transport your car from coast to coast! Highly recommended.
