Terrible terrible dispatch service my customers and I would never work with this company again
This company is the WORST. I can’t even begin to put into words how awful this experience was. They never seemed to know exactly where my car was, or at least failed to communicate it properly to me. My car was supposed to be in CA 7 days from the pick up date, but all I got was a lot of “let me check, it will be there, someone will call you”. If my car doesn’t arrive by Monday. I will report it stolen and will not care if they deliver it or NOT !
I used this company to ship my mid-sized SUV from Los Angeles to Virginia. Here are some of my thoughts/experiences:
The staff can be difficult to reach by phone. Seems like they don’t have regular hours.
I only got voice mail when I tried to contact the dispatch department. No call back when I left messages.
Eventually I got the number for the company they booked to do the actual transport. They at least answered the phone. My car was over a week late arriving. Every time I called to find out what was going on the answer was “it’s coming tomorrow. The driver will call you tonight”. He never called, but did eventually bring my car.
I would not recommend this company.
