Never use this company they delivered my car almost a week later then they said. Then made me meet them around the block from my house in the dark, when home and there were scratches all over the hood they told me they didn’t use my car ! Missing a half a tank of gas and a late ticket on my car while it was in there possession. Called them about the scratches and never heard back from them. Text them about the Ticket on my car they said they would take care of it . Never received refund for the ticket and I will take file complaints every were I can and also will get there insurance company and fille a claim Never use this Company,,,,

My contact at Bright Star was Irim . I hired them to transport my daughters 2016 Lexus from NY to CA, which took 10 days. The car was well documented prior to pick up, that there were only a few scratches, no major damage. I also had the car inspected by an auto service company the day before with the same results.
Rasoul Walid came to pick up the car and an inspection was done. Only the scratches were noted. When the car was delivered to my daughter in CA it was late at night, and the car was still on the flatbed. My daughter noticed a large gash on the bumper. After speaking with Irim, he informed me that he would fixed the damage, but we had to pay the transportation fee of $1,100.00 to have the car released. Once paid, we could take the car to his preferred auto body company for repair.
The repair shop was over 2 hours away. Once the car was inspected, there was additional damage to the undercarriage as well totaling $1,300.00 to repair. We sent Irim all the documentation showing the damage as well as the original report showing no damage, only some scratches. He then stated that they would only pay $250.00 towards the bumper. Irim claimed that Bright Star was not responsible for the undercarriage.
There was clearly more damage to the vehicle after transport. Irim and Bright Star chose to ignore the inspection reports that were done at the original pick up. This shows negligence on their behalf. I would strongly recommend to never use this company.
Do not use this company ever!! We used it to ship a BMW 550 from NY to AZ. The car arrived 5 days late! It was covered in dirt as expected, but also oil! They were impossible to get in touch with and get updates about my car’s location. When it arrived it was missing a parking sensor and the driver just brushed it off. He was however the most friendly person I’ve dealt with in this whole experience. Also not to mention they put 40 extra miles on the car. What’s that about?
