THE WORST, EVER!
Drivers were OK, but the management and customer service people are the worst. The delivery of my car was delayed for a whole week and they only offered to reimburse me for 3 days, $25 per day. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. How can you compensate my loss with this little money, considering that I was in the suburban area and had to use UBER every day to go to work and do grocery shopping?! When I talked to Peter (probably a manager) and tried to negotiate a proper compensation for my loss, he was really stubborn and even said “I don’t need to talk to you” in the end. They’ve got a horrible attitude indeed.
I will never ever choose this company again, nor any broker company that does business with this company. And I will advise all the people I know and all the Yelpers who see my post here, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!!
Highly unprofessional and borderline criminal activity.
I would urge anyone to heed the advice of previous reviews. This company has been unresponsive after informing my car had been damaged. The owner Chris Ko has not been helpful at with responses regarding when I would be receiving my car and to what extend of the damages have occurred! This is a highly distrustful business. Please do not make the same mistake I did by choosing this auto transport.

Due to the negligence of CAA transport and logistics.
My car is delivered to me with Significant signs of damage.
As CAA has stated the car suffered significant damage to the back side of car I will need specialist to make sure there is no structural damage to the vehicle and it is deemed safe to drive.
We shipped a car from CA to MA in August. The driver made us meet him 20 minutes away because he wouldn’t deliver the car to a residential area. We were out of town and it was a burden on my parents to go meet him.
In October we had to ship our second car out and went with CAA again because they are the cheapest company to use. We didn’t have plates on the car and told them in advance. Jennifer told us that they could deliver the car within 5 miles. When the driver called, he wanted to meet us at the same shopping plaza. We told him we weren’t comfortable driving the car that far, in addition, my husband works an hour away and my parents are out of town. I had no one to drive me there and I have a 7 month old baby. After a little hassle, Jennifer offered to have the driver leave his truck down the road, drive our car to our house, and then pay for a taxi for him to get back to his truck.
By the time the driver arrived my husband was home from work and was able to meet him and drive him back to his truck. It was a bit of a commotion because the driver did not speak English well. It would be better to go with someone that can deliver the car directly to your home. However, I’m impressed with lengths that CAA was willing to go to make this work for us.
