Everything was perfect. Communication, pricing, scheduling, everything you would expect in a first class company. Timing was exactly as they predicted. I have used them for Hawaii transport as well as across country. Both transactions were textbook. Highly recommend for Hawaii or cross country transport.
My car got shipped but was damaged in between my drop off and it being delivered to Matson. I have sent them proof and have been trying to reach them for days without a response. Will have to get insurance involved to likely go after them. Probably $2-4k of damage. Would strongly suggest using another shipping service.
