Great job! second time using this company, and they did very well both times. Constant communication, and updates. Easy peasy.
Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about, but CarsArrive gets a solid 5 in my book. Excellent communication throughout the process, great availability, and reliable service. I would refer people to CarsArrive without any hesitation.
I started the conversation with the DAS (car arrive) representative stating we were already working with someone and they couldn’t find a driver. Under that pretense Brent told us no problem we have drivers. I explained the urgency to get the car on the road. He had us pay hundreds more upfront and drive the vehicle 2 hours away to the dispatch location in order to expidite the process. At trh arrival location there wasn’t any paperwork and they had no idea I was coming. After 2 days of the vehicle sitting he stated he actually couldn’t find a driver and he be happy to refund our money. Now the vehicle is 2 hours away 2 days later with no driver in site. To add to the pain. They are charging us for having the vehicle at the dispatch location.
Should be called cars never arrive.
