Cheated by Tony! Beware of this company
Had to transport my car from Illinois to Colorado,
Got a quote of 800 from Tony ,paid 100 in advance
, the driver didnt arrive on promised date , was late by a day but when he did, asked me to pay 750 instead of 700, he arrived when the office was closed, I had no other option than to pay the $50 extra ,.next day Ive called and texted Tony for days now and he never responded to any calls or txts, its not about $50 but its about integrity and honesty,
Unprofessional company! 0 stars! Never use it again!
This company is shady! I asked several times if they own their own company or if the are a broker!
The guy I talked to said yes, I own company. But he raised the rate 75 dollars over the quote because the transporter wanted it! Shouldn’t he be in charge of the rates cuz he is the owner?
JSP expediters transported our truck from California to Arizona, they did a great job! I will be giving them a great review
Coast to coast are liars and a very shady company!!
Do not use Coast to Coast. They damaged my front grill and denied the claim, stating ” there is no way they could have cracked it.” When they picked up the car they indicated scratches and pitting. Their form has an abbreviation for cracked which is CR. The driver noted the damage on the form upon arrival not when picked up!
They certainly took advantage
