A+ got my car here to me ASAP. Was dealing with another company that was messing around and need my car here pronto. Shawn stepped up and got it to me within the day. Will use again.
I initially had a disappointing experience with them, but I must acknowledge the efforts made by Henry, the owner, to rectify the situation. I would like to share the revised account of my experience to provide a fair and balanced review.
To begin with, there was a delay in the scheduled pickup of my car, which caused inconvenience and frustration. However, after posting my initial review, Henry personally reached out to me and expressed his sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. He explained that there had been an unforeseen issue with the driver’s availability, and he took immediate action to resolve the matter.
