I had my new car transported this week and couldn’t be happier with the result. This was the most expensive car I had ever purchased and did so without ever seeing it in person. I then needed to find enclosed transport and was fortunate to stumble on Coastal Car Transport. Their reviews were fantastic, but had no personal reference so it was a little bit of a leap of faith. I spoke with Shawn and he quickly gained my confidence and then delivered. Great service, communication, and price. They’ll be my first call in the future.
They went above and beyond to help me out with a time sensitive transport and saved me a ton of money. Nothing but good things to say. HIGHLY recommend. Will definitely be using Coastal again.
Shawn’s the man. We bought a car in AZ and needed it shipped 1k miles to our house. Of course having so many 5 star reviews was appealing. Also the communications and getting a fast quote was important. Although not the lowest price, it was very fair.
Once we decided to move forward, he was able to secure us a driver within a few hours with short notice. The driver picked up the car at the dealership. Contacted me to let me know he was on the way (2 day drive). Got a call a day before delivery and got a call when he was 1 hour away.
Besides being dirty from the trip (expected), the car was delivered exactly how it should be: no issues. The driver was courteous. I took my time to inspect the car and make sure the odometer and everything was good. He had me use his phone and go through the final inspection and signature. Paid him the balance and he was on his way.
I would definitely use Shawn again. He was very prompt in communications and super professional.
