Mr. James Sanchez 302-205-8880 agreed to Transport my car from California to Washington. Paid online Driver never show up. He made all excuses. Last excuse was that the driver had a DOT inspection with police patrol? Be very careful with James Sanchez and his smooth Talk. Do not do business with C&P. I wish I could give Negative Stars. Please stay away from this guy and this company. I have Order Invoice to prove. He said he will refund the money. I told him I Paid with American Express Platinum and I can get my money quicker than he refund.

Do I have to submit a star, hope not because they get negative 3 stars. Looked at the reviews for this company I swear they have to be fake. Signed a contract with them for pickup in Ca delivery AZ. Date of pickup 8/12/23 drop off next day 8/13/23. Called Alex on 8/11/23 to confirm day since I was driving to AZ. Alex said everything is on schedule driver will contact 2 hrs before we looking at around noon for pickup. I’m now in AZ someone in CA waiting on driver. It’s noon, and I haven’t heard anything. I call, and speak to S.Perez, he sound pleasant enough gave me the ” good morning, and God bless you” all of that. He informed me he was dispatch, and the had just received the order an hour before my call, WHAT??? I signed this contract 7/18/23, they hound me for the deposit, and you telling me on the day the car is to be picked there is no driver, not to mention I spoke to Alex the day before, and he said we were all set. S.Perez tell me, let me get on this and I’ll call you back. He also give me what he say is his personal cell. After about an hour I call S.Perez back he tell me he can’t get me a driver until tomorrow car will be in AZ on Monday 8/14/23. I’m now upset because I have to stay in AZ an extra day, pay for an extra night stay in an hotel to be available to except the car with my granddaughter that’s a teenager. S. Perez then say he need to forward me a new contract. He did not like my question” Do I need to pay a another deposit yes, my tone was rough understandable since nothings going on the way that they should. S.Perez hangs up on me. I called back, and asked why did you hang up? He told me I was doing too much and I was extra. I waited on the contract all day 8/13/23, no contract. It is now Sunday morning. I call the person that I Zelle’d my deposit to because you have their phone number. She said she would have Alex give me a call no call. Monday morning I call CP auto transferred Xpress. I was told they found a driver but on the delivery of the car the driver wants $450 instead of the original $200 that was on the contract. Now I’ve had to pay money to stay in a hotel for two extra nights. The person in California has spent two days off work for a transport that never happened. I requested a refund in the matter that they ask for my deposit. They have no apologies for the money that I lost. No apology for the service. No apology for the time wasted. It was just ok not our problem basically. When I ask for my refund back, I was told that they have to send it up the chain because they have protocol. I disagree because if you followed protocol My car would’ve been in Arizona on the day that you said at the price that you quoted .Very disappointed in this company I wouldn’t recommend you trust your your car/truck with this company. I ended using Jenny’s Auto transport, they gave me a quote picked up the car in the 2 hr window they said they would, and got the car in AZ they day and the in the window that they said they would. The quote they give you is the price you pay. I could go on because this and one other company was a nightmare, another time for that one. Yep had to give a star!
