AWFUL.

Boat scheduled for pick up. I call SEVERAL times to confirm.

Supposed to be picked up Wednesday. I have to be out of the house Thursday. Well, Thursday comes around and at 8:00 pick up-no one shows. I call Ron (organizer) and Bill (supposedly picking it up). Ron says give me a few minutes. Bill never answers call or text. I call again at 11. I am supposed to be driving across country at this point. I am also ALONE with a small SUV. Just waiting on the boat to be picked up.

Well……..fast forward to today (Friday). I still have a boat in my garage. No one is answering my phone call now. I have no way of transporting it. I am supposed to be in my new state today. I am stuck with a boat and no support of getting it. NOW , being ignored.

AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL

Creative Rides is a broker. They will attempt to find you a driver by posting your car on a board which is used by brokers and truckers. This is normal. The mark of a good broker is to place your move for the right price, ensure that you get a truck lined up and deal with any logistics or issues that arise. Creative Rides were contracted to move two of my cars cross country a week apart. The first move went perfectly. The second was one of the most disgusting instances of selfish disregard I have ever encountered. The second car was never picked up. Ron lied to me and said that there was a driver arranged and he would pick up the car, but this was a lie. I discovered that this was a lie when another broker checked the board for me and saw it was never claimed as the price that Creative put on was way too low. When the driver didnt show, I called Creative, but after answering and then hanging up, they refused to answer the phone over a four day period when I called them from at least five different numbers. I emailed twice, no response. Each time they would block the number after hanging up without saying a word when they knew it was me. The mark of a good broker is what they will do when things go wrong. Creative Rides will completely abandon you, ignore you, and refuse to speak to you. You can see this in other reviews which I wish I had paid more attention to. Sure, there are some good reviews, but why wouldn’t there be? I’m sure most of the time if they can find a driver then the job goes ahead fine. But if they don’t get a driver or the driver cancels, they won’t tell you, they will just take your deposit and completely ignore you, knowing full well that you will be completely screwed as a result. They caused us so much dismay and anguish when we were moving. I hope that this review stops others making the same terrible mistake we made. Avoid these selfish cowboys at all cost and heed the other bad reviews of which there are MANY.
