From the first email contact to the delivery of my car they were excellent. They were professional and courteous. My car was delivered ahead of schedule and in the same condition that it was picked up. If the need arises that I need to transport a car, I will not hesitate to call on them!
If I could give zero stars I would . These people are not professionals at all. They use 3rd party companies that are negligent. I used Crestline to deliver my car from Dallas to California. They took before pictures and sent them to me . On the day it arrives it comes with out the bumper looking as if it has been in a wreck . I asked the driver how did it happen . He asks me did it have a bumper on it when we picked it up ? I said yes ! You took a Before picture of it with the bumper and sent it to me ! He then proceeds to say “oh well it must have flew off on the highway !!! So you tell me you have cars on your truck and while your driving you don’t notice a bumper flying off on the highway ? He says no . Keep in mind this was a 2-3 day drive he had to make , and at no time you notice no bumper ? So they tell me take it to a body shop get a estimate . I do that the body shop tells me it’s around 6K to fix since not only did they rip the bumper off but they damaged some internal parts that connect to the bumper . I send the estimate to ALAN at Crestline. He tells me Oh no that is too much money . I then tell him . You can find any body shop you like. And I will take my car there to get the estimate . Crestline then response with a email saying we can only offer you 1K to fix the bumper as they feel that is all it’s worth . I will be getting my lawyer on this . This happened 10/12/2020. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND THEY ALSO BILLED ME FOR THE DELIVERY WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY -David Stephens
The team at Crestline was amazing. The price they quoted me is right in line with others and my vehicle arrived a day early! The driver was extremely professional as was everyone else and there was absolutely no issues with the vehicle when it arrived. I would not hesitate to use Crestline again or recommend Crestline to my friens.
