After they receive your money, they are totally rude and unprofessional. They charged me $381 for Express delivery ,then upon delivery they charged an additional 1350 when the balance was only $1000. I have not been able to get a refund for my overcharges and they also damaged my vehicle And told me I only had until Monday to turn the information over to their insurance company. They have never gave me their insurance company information and I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional annd rude ever. I just want to be treated fair. Please never use this company they are a total scam .So crazy how i was treated

As the time they are supposed to pick up the car we they called me and claims the driver is asking for $200 more. Just 2 days ago I confirmed the final price and he gave me 3 reasons the price could change a little (we ibises by the rules anyway) and none of them of course were the driver is asking for more money.

Shipwit is a scam. They took my deposit of $190 and have made excuses for a week of why they have not yet secured any shipper. My car is sitting at the dealership, the finance manager is laughing at me saying he can ship immediately as soon as I give him the word. Instead of acknowledging my cancellation request and refunding my fee, Shipwit is diligently trying to incite me to use another broker so they can then claim my fee is forfeited. What a scam of a company, save yourself the headache and DO NOT TRUST SHIPWIT.

This place is either the worst company ever or a total scam. Either way, I highly recommend you avoid unless you want to end up like me. I reached out 4 weeks ahead of time to have my car shipped across the country because I’m moving to Europe. They agreed to meet me at the airport and take my car. They said they would contact me with driver info. I called, emailed and texted over and over again for weeks but never got that info. I texted the day before my move and they said sorry, we never found a driver who would take your car. Had to cancel my flight. Had to cancel my plans. Had to find a hotel. Stuck in PHX with my car until I can find a company to move it. They never reached out to me at any point about anything. I had to initiate all communication. They promised a refund and then when I asked they never responded and would not take my calls. Truly an unimaginable experience. Beware.

f I could give them a lower rating I would. This company is sneaky and deceitful in their business dealings. We had specific dates for our car to be shipped and I let them know at least thru 12 different phone calls and texts. After they receive your payment method they could care less about your requests and needs. They have an answer for everything. We changed our airline flights at the suggestion of our salesperson at a cost to us of $150.00 to widen our window for pick up. They then dispatched a truck for pick up when they had been told numerous times that we would not be available. I found that very deceitful as they had actually called me a couple of days before to let me know there was a truck available in our time frame to pick up our vehicle but the car would be dropped off two hours away from outr home. I told her that that wouldn’t work for us and she said she would continue to work on it and call me back. Well lo and behold no phone call and they dispatched anyways knowing we weren’t available. I even had to call the driver to let him know as at this point I did not trust this company. They have refused to refund my $249.00. They have every excuse in the book. I noticed on their site that they are so proud to be shipping million dollar vehicles. There 4 1/2 star rating is a fallacy. I wish I had come to Yelp first rather than looking at “paid for” google reviews. Please do not use this company. You have been warned.
