They promised pickup by the 9th…nope! then the 12th….no show! then by 4/14, then it s gonna be Wed 17th…..excuse after excuse. IF you try to call you canned messages, AI chat same thing and again on email. Save yourself the stress and call someone else.

I’m the owner of Exclusive Auto Shipping, and I’ve been brokering for over 10 years. And I actually just shipped my own vehicle recently using my own services, and plan on shipping it again in August. And I must say, the services provided were spectacular. I didn’t even pay a broker fee!

Jokes aside, the vehicle shipping (and moving goods) industry is filled with all sorts of providers. From highly-rated brokers that pay attention to details, like my company – according to all the hundreds of organic positive reviews compared to 7 or 8 total negative reviews on multiple platforms – to horrible brokers that will simply bait-and-switch pricing, and possibly mishandle scheduling.

And it’s really easy to find brokers, so a customer should understand they are getting an initial estimate upon the first time talking to that broker since the broker had not spoken to any carrier about the order yet. But once a customer offers their schedule to the broker, now the broker can find a carrier, which means confirm the available schedule with the carrier along with getting an exact price that is guaranteed.

Obviously all customers want to go direct to a carrier to get their orders booked, but that simply isn’t how it works nowadays. The customer will always go through a broker unless they have a referral to the carrier. And then the customer needs to verify that carrier is licensed and insured.

Customers should check out the reviews on brokers. Make sure they are legit reviews spread out over time. Hundreds or thousands of reviews in one month is suspect. Heck, my company has 48 five-star Yelp! reviews that are ‘not recommended’ (and 1 negative). Note: I respond to all negative reviews, so feel free to read them in full.

I hope a potential customers see this and can appreciate what I’m doing. I wanted to post this over 7 years ago, but didn’t want customers thinking I was trying to fluff my reviews. Anyway, thanks for reading!

I went to get a quote online and now I get berated by several calls, emails, and text messages a day. Not only that, their website brags about having such a high rating “from Google Reviews” but I have yet to find a review on google reviews saying anything about them. Sketchy and annoying. Maybe I would’ve used their service, but the constant interruptions through my day turned me off.

DO NOT get a quote from them unless you fully intend on using them or else you will bombarded with constant calls and texts.
