Justin at Dynamic auto was AMAZING he answered allllll of my concerns. His dispatch team SF UNION ooh boy don’t ever use them. They lie about pick up day and tell you a 2 day turn around then call to tell you the drivers are being switched and the same drivers show up at the drop off. They were supposed to discount me 100$ well when the drivers get here these 2 invalids had no idea and would not release my keys to me. They are liars. Believe all the reviews do not go with this company. I’m sure there’s better out there. Dynamic need to cut these guys loose

The trucker they hired damaged my oil pan and exhaust. Both refuse to pay damages. Their “claims department ” simply denies the claim and tells you to talk to the trucker. The trucker does the same. I’ll NEVER use MONTWAY AGAIN!

Piss poor service. An absolute disaster from start to finish. When I initially booked, I awaited contact for vehicle pickup. I received a call with only a 15 minute warning that they could come, a call I missed because I was in the shower. By the time I got to it, again only missing it by about 15 minutes, the driver was out of the city already and I had to get a different pickup the next day. Fastforward to my arrival in San Diego, where the vehicle is to be delivered to. It was meant to be delivered on 4/2, and when it wasn’t I had to call, only to find out it was delayed to 4/9. It is now 4/9, and still has not been delivered. I can understand delays, but the issue is I have had no contact at all. No updates. Nobody ever contacted me. I wasn’t even given the driver’s number, only the dispatch center. From them I obtained the number for the yard my car will apparently stop at. Still no number for the driver. I found out from the yard that there are further delays, now it will apparently be delivered on 4/11. Now my initial agent, who said I should contact him if there are issues, is not getting back to me. In future if I have shipping needs I will NEVER use this company’s services again, and I will make sure I tell as many people as possible that Mercury Auto Transport cannot be trusted.

Excellent service! Henry was incredibly helpful with breaking down the price for me and giving me the best bang for my buck. I was initially torn between covered or non-covered transportation because I wanted extra protection for my car. He assured me that he’s never had an issue with a car being transported with the uncovered option, and encouraged me to choose that and save a few hundred dollars. He also pointed out that using uncovered transportation would ensure my car arrived on time. He never once tried to upsell me or convince me to spend more money on covered transportation, and instead talked me through the process and gave me reassurances. Excellent service and would use again!
