We used this service to move our car through several States ( about 2000 miles). We used their normal scheduling option which has a 7 days window (additional charge if one needed a specific date). The process was done very carefully by documenting the inside and outside of the car and a report on the condition and milage. Delivery at destination was prearranged on an agreed on date. Notification of arrival was given prior to actual delivery. Our pick up and delivery processes went smoothly and as promised. The total fee was reasonable and was about 30% less than other average quotes. Overall we were pleased with their service.

I highly recommend Coastal Car Service! They were easy to get a hold of and were able to accommodate my shipping dates. They shipped my car all the way to Massachusetts. Make sure to have a money order or cash as it will make things much easier picking up your car. Every thing was in order and my car came to me in the same condition. I actually preferred their service to some of those bigger companies as they were all nice and friendly.

Used them 4 years ago and was happy with the service.Not so this time. Bombarded with calls from other brokers and things got all screwed up. wound up not shipping with Montway because of change in plans and they charged my credit card $339.00 and refused to refund the money. None of these brokers are honest and upfront. There is always another $50 here or $100 there. You don’t need to use a broker. You can call a carrier direct. Don’t use any broker. it cost me $639.00 using this broker. They require your credit card
