Had my car shipper from Fort Lauderdale,FL to Mesa, AZ. I was told that I could put 200lbs of personal items in my vehicle. When the driver arrived they said it was only 100lbs. I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. When I spoke with Safeeds they said they would take care of it and they did not. I still had to pay and when I received my car some of my stuff was broken.And my service tire system light is on in my car.
An awful experience from start to finish. terrible communication and misleading terms. The original quote/contract price doubled after signing. The driver was late and unresponsive. The driver actually laughed at me for being on time and waiting! It was shocking. Incredibly unprofessional. I’m not sure how they can even stay in business. I hope I never have to ship a car again because this sector/type of business is so scammy. AVOID this company!
Needed my prius towed from Lexington KY to NC, and needed transport BAD.
When you car breaks down and you need a long distance tow, it can be super stressful, and I needed someone reliable to get my car home.
During my search, I’ve read review after review of other companies and how they have ruined cars and are rude.. I didn’t want that.

It was great experience with thid company, highly recommend working with them. Kris explained the whole process and it was exactly how he planned and promised.
I started out with a different transport company recommended by the auto dealer, but a truck had maintenance issues, and they strung me out for a week with no plan. I finally gave up and called Door to Door Transport. They quoted me a fair price that never changed. Their truck arrived on the day they promised, and the car was delivered at least a day if not two days earlier than I expected. I found them online at noon on a Monday and they moved a car from Louisiana to Aspen Colorado by Thursday. I will definitely use them next time.
